“Let me preface this by saying I had no intention of buying anything that Saturday afternoon after lunching with my daughter in Washington, NC. We decided to stroll down Main Street, taking in the sights and people.
On a whim, we popped into a quaint shop we came upon. I was immediately drawn to Nadine’s “Waves” space. I knew I was in trouble! There was no way I was leaving that shop without something from this talented craftsperson. There were so many unique and inspiring pieces. I was mesmerized, especially by a vibrant, smile-inducing bench and matching pillows. The antique bench, coupled with its rich, warm colored fabric, had me hooked! I felt I had been submerged in a magical Gauguin painting. The pieces were glorious, and I knew I had to have them!
